La Chocolaterie
La Chocolaterie is a swank and cosy residence for students only. With its 79 fully-equipped flats and its various amenities such as a sports lounge, it features a comfortable living environment. Its convenient location in the 13th district of Paris, between the Avenue d'Italie and the Chinese district, enables a quick access to many cultural sites, shopping centers and parks.
